Dr. Vanessa Moreno Wilcox is a Chancellor's Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Latin American and Latino Studies at UC Santa Cruz under the mentorship of Dr. Gabriela F. Arredondo. She is currently writing her first book manuscript titled Morisqueta Mapping: Foodways in the Tierra Caliente Diaspora of Northern California.
