Biography, Education and Training

I graduated Magna Cum Laude from UCSC in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology. I joined the Graduate Program at UCSC in the Fall of 2020. 

Research Interests

Advisor: Olena Vaske

Pediatric cancer genomics, liquid biopsy, molecular profiling of sarcomas, fusion transcript detection, nanopore sequencing.
