Victoria Molero González (she/ella) is a Lebanese-Venezuelan sudaca, queer, disabled refugee. At UC Santa Cruz, she currently works with the Center for Reimagining Leadership and the Lamat Institute (Dept. Astronomy & Astrophysics). Victoria's academic work exists at the intersections of psychology, feminist pedagogies, and critical race and ethnic studies. She graduated with a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from UC Berkeley in 2021.

Victoria dreams and works for collective liberation shaped with, through, from, and for love. She is grounded in the frameworks, magick, and knowledges of BIPOC, queer, disabled, feminist scholars/activists/artists/writers/healers, as well as her own lived experience and inherited wisdom. Through her work with equity-minded practices in academia, Victoria fosters the co-creation of networks of care and facilitates learning communities where folks can practice the alchemy/transmutation of their intergenerational, individual, and collective trauma into the world(s) we dream for the generations to come.
