SOE2

I am currently a Ph.D. Student in Statistics at UC Santa Cruz. I am broadly interested in developing statistical tools for applications relevant to public policy. I previously worked as a Data Analyst in clean energy with a brief stint at the CA State Government.

I am broadly interested in developing statistical tools for applications relevan to public policy and public health. Specifically I'm interested in:

  • Official Statistics
  • Dependent Data Modeling (Spatial, Temporal)
  • Small Area Estimation
  • Analysis of Complex Surveys
  • Bayesian Methods

My adviors are professors Zehang Li and Paul Parker.

I believe in the importance of increasing basic statistical literacy and love teaching introductory statistics.
