I have a passion for work that brings individuals and communities together to effectively approach personal health and social justice issues. I have over 25 years of experience as a health specialist, program manager, counselor, facilitator and evaluator working in community education, preventative health, and youth development as well as extensive experience in planning, convening, and facilitating agency and community meetings and trainings for diverse participants in various settings and counseling individuals and groups on personal health, life transitions and life choices. In addition to working in Stevenson's Program Office I teach Stress Management and Health and Physical Fitness at Cabrillo College and offer individual and group support on creating and sustaining personal health and vitality.
