I bring several years of experience in student affairs, community engagement, LGBTQ+ equity work, and global education. At UC Berkeley, I supported queer and trans students through community-building initiatives, mentorship programs, and equity-centered programming grounded in intersectionality and queer theory. I also served as part of the leadership team at International House (I-House) Berkeley, supporting an 80-country residential community by facilitating intercultural dialogue, supervising student leaders, and developing programs that helped residents navigate identity, culture, and belonging across borders. My time with Semester at Sea further deepened my commitment to cross-cultural learning and global community building.

Outside of work, I’m a traveler and creative at heart, having visited 27 countries and actively exploring photography, coastal walks, and language learning. My residential life philosophy centers restorative practices, intentional community building, and supporting students’ holistic growth through an equity-minded lens informed by intersectional awareness. I’m excited to contribute to the UCSC community and help build living-learning environments at Oakes and Rachel Carson where all students feel seen, supported, and at home.
