J.J. Garcia-Luna-Aceves is a Distinguished Professor Emeritus at the University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC). He is a Canada Excellence Research Chair and Professor in The Edward S. Rogers Sr. Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto.
