BIOGRAPHY Sheldon Kamieniecki was Dean of the Division of Social Sciences at the University of California, Santa Cruz between 2006 and 2017. Ronnie D. Lipschutz received his Ph.D. in Energy and Resources from UC-Berkeley in 1987 and an SM in Physics from MIT in 1978. He was a faculty member in the Politics Department from 1990-2020.
